Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of our sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and leads in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Support the sales team in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with customers
- Assist in managing key accounts by monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement
Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative role
- Strong knowledge of technical sales processes and terminology
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in account management or outside sales is a plus
