Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts
- Verify and balance daily revenue, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and other miscellaneous charges
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial activities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during the overnight shift
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Proficiency in using hotel phone systems and computer software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
