Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and guest services. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Assist with reservations and manage room assignments - Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions - Operate phone systems, including answering calls and taking messages - Assist with night audit procedures as needed - Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Experience: - Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using computer systems for reservations, check-ins, and other front desk tasks - Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
