Hamilton Security is Hiring an Inventory Specialist (FT) Near Milford, OH
- Responsible for forecasting the inventory needs of the business.
- Works closely with manufacturing to communicate the needs of the business.
- Assists Finance Department with Cycle Counts, Inventory Control, and reconciliations.
- Bring new product needs/ideas forward through the Purchasing team.
- Forecasts for future inventory based on historical buys, reoccurring buys, and current inventory levels (will also be issuing POs).
- Review stock-to-usage ratios and respond to changing sales trends to ensure proper inventory.
- Coordinates inventory flow-through to each department & proper part location.
- Track existing product categories and proactively check/correct production BOMs.
- Strategic reviews of vendors & purchasing history.
- Help develop new reporting to improve our visibility & tracking for purchasing & inventory management.
- Comply with the Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies.
- Assertive and acts with a sense of urgency.
