Where we need you

• Maintain 5s in parts Cage
• Label/relabel parts
• Add/change/delete article
• Refresh min/max stocks and prices
• Issue parts to employees
• Bookings for stock requisitions
• Monitoring stock levels
• Creation of Purchase Requests for spare parts
• Inventory control of spare parts
• Check and reject incorrect parts upon delivery
• Booking received goods in SAP
• Send damaged parts for repairs
• Participation in company wide inventories
• Research and comparison of Parts
• Other duties as needed

Work experience requirements:

• Working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Teams and Excel
• Experience working with inventory control
• Prior experience with spare parts preferred
• Technical Background preferred
• Ability to work overtime as determined by business needs
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift, stand, stoop, bend and maneuver in open and confined areas throughout entire shift

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or G.E.D
