Facilities Technician 1st shift 7-3:30
Röchling Automotive is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. Röchling Automotive partners with the customer to provide their manufacturing environment – ranging from safety equipment to plant ventilation – within a factory environment. The Facilities Technician is responsible for delivering high quality facility facilities to our customers.
Job Details:
- Maintenance PMs, repairs, process improvements of: HVAC systems, Compressed Air systems, Chilled/Tower Water systems
- Facility Maintenance including, but not limited to: Lighting, Building grounds keeping, Door levelers, Building alarm and
- security system Fire protection systems, General plumbing maintenance andrepairs
- Responsible for maintenance of the plant recycling area including Trash removal, waste removal, general clean–up
- Special projects as needed & assigned by Management.
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in facilities maintenance.
- Availability to work overtime as needed.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting (50 lbs) as well as climb, stoop, stand, crawl, work in close quarters and at heights for entire shift.
Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
