A restaurant equipment company in Bridgeport, CT is looking to hire a inside sales / customer service representative.
Job duties include :
- Answer phones
- Call routing as applicable
- Email routing as applicable
- Provide tracking, product availability, and invoice copies as requested
- Price changes as assigned
- Local customer order entry as needed
- Online chat response
- Internet Order Entry and CC Fraud validation
- Product File Maintenance
- Outside sales support to include obtaining lead times from the factories and freight rates
- Assist in obtaining order updates from factories which includes tracking when available
- Obtain return authorizations for all departments and handle from start to finish
- Obtaining and entering order updates (lead times, ship dates, B / O) from the factories
- Entering tracking on Purchase orders
- Energy Star rebate management
- Freight claims : Create, submit and track claims for lost and / or damaged shipments
- Warranty calls, repairs, replacements.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5pm.
$20 - $25 / hr DOE
