Hamilton Company is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales and Contract Development Representative

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales and Contract Development Representative will be the primary sales coordination resource for Hamilton Medical, Inc. They will be the initial point of contact for sales and clinical staff for researching fulfillment of materials and scheduling demonstrations, evaluations, and educational events.

  • Prospect for new sales leads and opportunities and track these opportunities and leads in CRM.o Subject Matter Expert on the CRM for entering account demographics, contacts, and sales quotations via Microsoft. o Create and maintain a monthly forecast and rolling forecast for all sales and pending business in the pipeline.o Communicate with Regional Sales Managers on field sales employee compliance and performance with respect to the sales process and CRM updates.
  • Create guidance policies and procedures related to the sales, demonstration, and evaluation processes.
  • Aid field sales employees with quotation generation and review.
  • Contact customers after installation of Hamilton Medical, Inc. ventilators, consumables, and supplies to ensure customer satisfaction with the delivery, installation, and implementation/education, and solicit feedback on how Hamilton Medical, Inc. can improve on services and products.
  • Assist sales operations, clinical operations, technical support services, and marketing with research or informational requests.
  • Maintain familiarity with all product lines, pricing, and part numbers.
  • As needed attendance and participation in sales meetings -- either in-house or at remote locations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to design Excel and Access worksheets and proficiency with computers/internet.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Education/Experience

  • Business to business sales experience or a background in sales required, experience with a medical/distribution company preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with and supporting field sales team contracting, forecasting and order processing functions required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Inside sales experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.
