Hamden Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is a 153-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility situated in Hamden, Connecticut. We specialize in short- and long-term care and have a secure memory care unit. We are located right in the heart of New Haven County, in close proximity to Yale New Haven Hospitals, yet conveniently only seconds from route 10, which runs throughout New Haven County.
Candidate must be a licensed Registered Nurse RN or LPN in the State of Connecticut with previous experience in the completion of resident assessments in a long-term skilled nursing setting.
