Come join a dynamic orthopedic practice and make a difference in the lives of our patients.Per Diem ScheduleOutpatient Setting = no nights, weekends or holidaysGreets patients, prepares patients for x-ray by positioning with the least discomfort, provides patient education regarding xray,Obtains clear images as directed by the provider using appropriate safety precautions and processes images in PACs systemAssists patient with dressing as needed, escorts patient to and from exam roomMaintains and adheres to written safety polices for use of radiologic equipment in compliance with OSHA and regulatory standardsFollows HIPAA and documentation compliance standardsRequirements: Certified Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license required (RT / ARRTMinimum of two years related experience requiredDemonstrated ability to handle high volume of patients and multitask in fast paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills including EMR and MS Office necessary, Experience with eClinicalWorks or Konica PACS a plusAble to work collaboratively with multiple health professionals in a busy and complex environment using tact, diplomacy, and discipline.Versatility, flexibility, and a commitment to teamwork and patient care excellence
