Hamassian Law APC is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Sherman Oaks, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, drafting, negotiation, and litigation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Assist in case management and strategy development.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to provide comprehensive legal representation to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar California in good standing.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior litigation experience preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
