TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Halo Collective is expanding its Oregon sales team and seeking several experienced, talented, and personable Territory Sales Representatives. We are looking for high-production sales representatives who are the best in the industry. The role of a Territory Sales Representative will be full-time, working with Licensed Retail Locations (dispensaries/delivery services) daily.
The primary focus will be cultivating new businesses by fostering relationships with owners, buyers, and managers (decision makers).
Duties and Responsibilities:
GENERAL JOB PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
Territory Sales Representatives will provide weekly pre-plans detailing customers who need attention and the specific needs to be addressed.
Visiting 10 to 12 accounts per day is the expected goal. Pre-plans should include notes detailing the results from the previous week’s activity.
Quotas are assigned to the territory annually and Territory Sales Representatives are measured monthly on attaining those monthly sales quota targets. Monthly Territory quotas are based on overall dollar value booked for the month.
Territory managers are also measured on new accounts opened, placement of specific product with Retailers not previously carrying them, monthly dollar volume with specific Supplier products, planning and executing a set number of employee education events etc. and other sales-oriented indicators.
Territory Sales Representatives shall work closely with the marketing team to coordinate in-shop demo days and employee education events.
