The Role
Reporting to the Sr. Director, HR, you will be focusing on your professional development across
multiple HR functions to support the continued excellence of our HR operations. You will spend time
developing in Recruiting and Onboarding, Human Resources, Benefits, HRIS, and Labor Relations to gain a broad basis of knowledge and expertise. You will have the ability to affect the daily work lives of our over 5,000 employees in the US while having the opportunity to cross-train in multiple
departments to support your professional development.
Key Responsibilities
• Rotate through our different HR departments with an emphasis on training and development,
with a rotation taking place on average every 6 months
• Ensure standard job responsibilities are maintained while supporting the specific department
assigned
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and confidentiality at all times
• All other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Drive and ambition to learn and grow in all aspects of HR Operations
• Good Typing and 10-key skills
• Great attention to detail
• Customer Service Aptitude with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Knowledge of computer applications, Microsoft Office, and database management
Requirements and Qualifications
• College/University degree in Business, HR or related field
