Culligan of Ventura County is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our office support team. We have a dynamic team and we are looking for another member who will represent our brand and create lifetime customers.

The right person will have routing/dispatching experience, the ability to answer multi-line phones, be successful in handling customer issues, and experience communicating with field staff in a service oriented industry. Responsibilities 

• Experience with incoming and outbound calls
• Resolve any product or service related issues; follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Schedule deliveries, dispatch service technicians and/or route representatives to customer locations
• Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information
• Handle collection calls and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments when necessary
• Prepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting (scheduling reports, open call, monthly maintenance reports, etc.)

Qualifications 

• Experience in a call center environment required 
• Routing/Dispatch experience required
• Experience with collections highly desired
• Exceptional customer service and in-bound phone experience required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Scheduling skills, Excellent Communication Skills, Team Player, Multi-Tasking, Attention to Detail
• Excellent Follow Up & Follow Through skills
• High function in fast paced environment
• Strong work ethic (honesty and integrity are key for this position and to our organization)
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently
