We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation/Worker’s Compensation Attorney to join our growing legal team in Chicago. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation/worker’s compensation matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
- Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in personal injury litigation.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Illinois.
- 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
- Experience handling Worker's Compensation claims.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced legal environment.
