A respected, Chambers-ranked firm is seeking an associate attorney to join its transactional healthcare practice group in either its Chicago or Indianapolis office.
Requirements:
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- 4 years' experience with healthcare transactions
- Licensed in Illinois or Indiana (or eligible to waive in)
Details:
- Matters will include both transactional and regulatory work (i.e.,M&A, joint ventures, private equity deals as well as fraud and abuse, state licensure, and Medicare/Medicaid billing and reimbursement issues)
- Chance to work with nationally recognized partner in the industry
- Opportunity for hybrid schedule
- Billable requirement: 1850 (eligibility for bonus begins at 1900)
- Salary range: $160k-$180k (base)
