Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Medical Negligence Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a background in medical malpractice and civil litigation who is looking to take on a challenging and high-exposure role.

Position Overview: The Medical Negligence Associate Attorney is responsible for handling medical malpractice cases, including researching and preparing legal documents, conducting depositions, appearing in court, and providing legal advice to clients. The position requires a high level of understanding of civil litigation rules and regulations, as well as familiarity with medical negligence law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex medical negligence cases.
• Prepare legal documents, such as motions, briefs, and pleadings.
• Depose witnesses in medical negligence cases.
• Represent clients in court as needed.
• Provide legal advice to clients on medical negligence cases.
• Stay up to date with changes in civil litigation and medical negligence laws.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to a state Bar.
• 3 years of experience in civil litigation and medical negligence law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
