Recruiter Opportunity
WolfCreek Consulting is an executive search firm specializing in placing professionals in within different industries such as; Healthcare, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Information Technology, and Management. We work with start-ups, mid-sized and Fortune 500 Companies.
This position will be joining the recruitment team.
The Recruiter is in charge of seeking out quality candidates, confirming their qualifications and placing them in open roles at the company. Their duties include researching job seekers and inviting them to apply to a job, screening candidates through phone interviews and filling out hiring paperwork.
• Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates
• Review online portfolios and resumes to interview candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
• Send emails and follow up with candidates
• Cold calling candidates
• Complete candidate screening with potential candidates
• Complete reference checks on candidates
• Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
• Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
• Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
• Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill
• Post jobs on social platforms
• Following up with candidates to complete time cards and manager to approve time cards
• Updating reports on excel
