Survey Technician - Midland, TX
Halff has an opening for a Survey Technician with 3 years of experience to work in our Midland, TX office.
Survey Technician Responsibilities:
  • Organizing research for field
  • Reducing field observations
  • Preparing data for drafting
  • Preparing legal descriptions
  • Preparing reports
  • Preparing finished survey drawings
  • Preparing COGO calculations
  • Preparing boundary analysis under RPLS supervision
Survey Technician Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience as a Survey Technician
  • SIT certification is desired, but not required
  • Previous field experience as a surveyor is a plus
  • Experience in producing survey maps and plats
  • Experience and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Experience in Oil & Gas industry is a plus
  • Experience with Carlson Survey is a plus
  • Experience with Trimble Business Center is a plus
  • Higher level of education is a plus
