We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial operator to help build our portfolio companies from the ground up. This individual will serve as the General Manager / COO to stand up, build, and lead the day-to-day operations of our company. This role offers a unique opportunity for a hardworking and passionate individual with operations experience to step into a CEO-like position, driving operational excellence, growth, and profitability. Backed by experienced SMB Owners, the GM / COO will have a strong internal support system while enjoying a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including but not limited to: operations, sales, marketing, customer service, and human resources.
• Develop and execute sales and operational strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
• Recruit, hire, lead, and manage a diverse team of predominantly blue-collar hourly workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with the Owners and franchise consultants to align operational initiatives with overall business strategy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, growth, and making an impact.

The Owners will financially back the business and be involved strategically, however, are in need of an individual to autonomously lead the day-to-day. The Owners plan to invest and launch more businesses within the portfolio in due time, with this being the first. Offering this GM / COO role an equity stake as part of their compensation package.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
