This role works in the HALEON’s Saint Louis Engineering Maintenance team. The purpose of the Maintenance Planner / Scheduler role is to plan and schedule the Maintenance work-load activity.
Day-to-day, you will work closely with the Reliability Engineers, Maintenance Front Line Leads (FLL) and Unit Leads (UL) to ensure this work history is captured in the CMMS system.
This role would suit a self-motivated technically minded individual who has experience of working in a cross-functional organization.
You will have excellent attention to detail, strong people skills and a proven ability to influence people to achieve objectives and drive performance.
You will have a continuous improvement mindset and strong demonstrable organizational skills. Experience and strong competence in the use of SAP / ERP is essential.
