DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time position and work is preformed at a customer location. As a SIGINT Ground Coordinator on our team you will provide SIGINT ground (US Army, USMC, & SOCOM) support to the STORMFORCE Management Team and its STORMFORCE series of limited test events.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will serve as subject-matter expert responsible for providing coordination with SIGINT ground (US Army, USMC, & SOCOM) organizations.
• You will work with STORMFORCE Objective Managers & Participants to develop the overall STORMFORCE objectives as they relate to SIGINT ground (US Army, USMC, & SOCOM) organizations.
• You will facilitate objective requirements gathering by coordinating technical exchange meetings (and other meetings as needed) with the SIGINT ground (US Army, USMC, & SOCOM) organizations, systems engineers, data modelers, and other members of the STORMFORCE Management Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 20 years of systems engineering experience.
• A Master’s or PhD Degree may be substituted for two years of experience.
• A High School Diploma or GED plus 24 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.
• A broad experience in systems engineering disciplines, with a focus on architectures, system of system integration and architecture, mission use case and thread analysis and engineering.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:

• Experience in developing/documenting architectures using standard architectural frameworks (e.g., UAF, DoDAF) and should have familiarity with the UAF architecture framework.
• Desired to be proficient with the Cameo architecture tool and its usage.
• A demonstrated ability to work constructively and successfully with diverse stakeholders to resolve mission and technical issues.
