Our Restaurant Assistant Managers are responsible for the operation of the restaurant. Ensuring quality of food, enjoyment of guests, building a team, managing shifts and making sure the restaurant is running at peak performance at all times.

Prior experience as general manager, restaurant assistant manager, shift lead, team lead, supervisor or experience in BOH, FOH and other food service lead roles are highly desirable.

Requirements / Responsibilities Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities may include : * Assumes responsibility of coaching all employees per shift in all departments following job descriptions, policies and procedures.

• Assumes responsibility for assigning weekly goals to management and assuring their completion, while accomplishing his / her own goals.
• Minimum or two years in leadership role in the restaurant industry.
• Must posses detailed knowledge of front and back of house management.
• Must be fluent in budgeting, ordering, perpetual inventories and tracking, scheduling, interviewing, training and customer service.
