H4 Enterprises LLC is seeking a Site Program Manager to oversee janitorial operations for our government clients in the Washington D.C/National Capital area. The primary job duties in this role include strategic and tactical planning, organize, and manage daily operations; human resources management and staff development; program area policy and procedure design and implementation; and associated janitorial business functions. Additionally, this position will provide administrative, program and fiscal oversight via regular supervision, guidance, training and assistance to lower-level site managers and program & resource management to ensure compliance with federal and state rules and contract provisions.

Possess solid project, program, and portfolio management experience with the ability to manage and successfully oversee multiple simultaneous task orders. The individual must have experience managing and leading staff with high- levels of client satisfaction. You will have excellent skills servicing clients, with the ability to quickly develop relationships at all levels of the client organization.
