As the Head Server at H2O Sushi & Izakaya, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will lead and inspire a team of servers, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the smooth and seamless execution of service, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction, and upholding the restaurant's reputation for outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to the server team, fostering a collaborative and positive atmosphere. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
Service Excellence: Ensure impeccable service standards by overseeing the setup of tables, managing reservations, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff, ensuring they are well-versed in the menu, service protocols, and customer engagement techniques.
Team Coordination: Effectively coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth communication and collaboration, resulting in efficient service delivery.
Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to established protocols.
Upselling: Encourage and train staff in upselling techniques to maximize revenue while enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels of dining supplies, ensuring adequate stock for daily operations.
