Requirements

  • Leads active pursuit efforts, collaboratively works with operational staff and marketing team to respond to Requests for Qualifications/Letters of Interest and Requests for Proposals.

  • Develops and ensures compliance with proposal management documents, including proposal development schedules, outlines, and assignments.

  • Establishes/recommends production schedule and expedites various items to ensure completion by the designated due date.

  • Schedules and facilitates pursuit-related meetings including kickoffs and proposal reviews.

  • Writes proposal content using ISBP method where appropriate, coordinates with technical and marketing teams on content development.

  • Proofreads, edits, and formats proposal and interview presentation material content; edits content developed by technical/lead staff.

  • Leads document layout, gathers information and content, and coordinates internal and external data calls.

  • Develops figures/graphics to support proposal submittal and interview material content; works with graphic designers and technical team when appropriate.

  • Ensures quality control process is followed for all proposal submittals and various collateral.

  • Coordinates final submission of documents, whether print or electronic.

  • Participates in pursuit strategy call meetings, incorporates discussion items into proposal content.

  • Assists marketing lead in interview presentation preparation efforts including presentation formatting, content development and edits, team coordination efforts, etc.

  • Attends interview preparation and coaching meetings (virtual and in person) as support to marketing lead – ability to travel within the state of Texas.

  • Writes and edits employee and project collateral. Interviews staff to obtain information and use information to develop compelling content for proposal and marketing collateral.

  • Conducts employee and project record updates through Deltek Vision CRM system.

  • Coordinates project photography; processing for marketing use.

  • Supports in market research efforts.

  • Highly organized, proactive team player and performs under tight deadlines.

  • Relentless attention to detail, document quality, and pursuit compliance.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in a marketing role within AEC industry

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or related field

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign document layout and graphics and Microsoft PowerPoint composition and graphics

  • Understanding of ISBP method

  • Position is remote but must reside on Central Time

Work Environment
