Job Duties
* Provides support for all University Health compensation plans.
* Administers the position control system, processes position modifications, opens new positions, and monitors position requests to ensure timely processing.
* Assists in the completion of compensation projects and resolves compensation related issues promptly.
* Assists in compensation analysis, through market and equity reviews.
* Produces Human Resources metrics and reports for University Health and its departments
* Assists in the maintenance of job descriptions.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field is required
* Three years of recent progressive experience in compensation
* PeopleSoft or HRIS experience is highly preferred.
