Job Title: Shipping/ Receiving Clerk

Reports to: Office Manager

Job Summary: The Shipping/ Receiving Clerk will work with staff across all departments to forecast the purchasing needs of the business and make decisions based on demand. The clerk will also be responsible for accurately checking products, processing documents, and packaging materials related to orders that ship to customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Shipping:

• Inspect inserts returned from coater and receive them
• Board tooling
• Laser part numbers on tools
• Box tooling per packing slip for customers

Shipping Desk:

• Generate packing slips for the shipment of tooling
• Domestic and International shipping
• Will use UPS, Fed Ex and DHL for shipping product
• Keep up with ship schedules
• Pull blanket tools for shipment
• Inventory

Purchasing:

• Create PO's to order different products for manufacturing and other areas
• Call for quotes to venders on material for manufacturing
• Create PO's to coater for inserts

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Experience with an ERP system for the purpose of customer order fulfillment, light accounting and inventory management preferred.
• Proficiency in Gmail preferred.
• 1 years manufacturing experience required.
