Description
Job Title: Methods Engineer
Department: Operations
Reports to: Director of Lean and Process Technology
Classification: Exempt
Location: Hybrid - flexible but needs to reside near one of GWS Facilities in Batavia IL, NC, or CA
Travel: 25% (normally), up to 50% of the time
Job Purpose: Supports, develops, and improves manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods. Improve manufacturing processes to improve quality, gain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability, maximize profitability, and develop best practices.
