Duties:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the automotive service department
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of all customer vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Schedule appointments and allocate resources to meet customer demands
- Train, mentor, and supervise service technicians to ensure quality workmanship
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulations related to automotive service
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall business performance
Skills:
- Experience in all areas of automotive repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of automotive technology, drivability issues, electrical systems, suspension
systems, brake repair, shocks/struts, oil changes, and wheel alignments
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team of service technicians
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
This position requires a high level of technical expertise in automotive service management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in current automotive technology, drivability issues, electrical systems, suspension systems, brake repair, shocks/struts, oil changes, and wheel alignments. Additionally, excellent communication skills and leadership abilities are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
