Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in the designated territory. This is a great opportunity for someone with technical sales experience and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Present product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize Marketsharp to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission.
