Job Summary:

Guster Law Firm is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm. We are hiring experienced legal assistants. Pay rate is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in managing personal injury legal cases from start to finish

-Order and summarize medical records

-Communmicate with clients to keep them updated

- Answer phone calls

- Provide administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents

- Case management software usage

Skills:

- Personal Injury Experience

- Case management software a plus (FileVine and Lead Docket)

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role is required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Familiarity with personal injury case process, legal terminology, and procedures
