Command Alkon is Hiring a Legal Intern Near Birmingham, AL

Assignments will vary but the focus of this Internship will be drafting and commenting on a wide variety of commercial agreements, including Customer Master License and Service Agreements. Pilot Agreements, Early Adopter Agreements, Statements of Work, Orders, Vendor Master Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
You will assist in the development of negotiation strategies and may participate in negotiation sessions.
Additional duties will include researching pertinent legal issues and administration of our Contract Lifecycle Management Platform, IntelAgree.
This is an excellent opportunity for students with an interest in working in-house with a corporation upon graduation and admittance to the Bar.
