Gustave A. Larson Company is looking for a Store Manager for the Madison Branch.

The primary goal of the position is to ensure excellent customer service, manage all day-to-day administrative responsibilities, and directs the work of staff.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify personnel needs, follows recruitment and selection criteria for hiring staff. Collaborates with the HR Department.
• Assists in training and development of staff. Develops instructional meetings and training sessions for internal and external customers.
• Comprising schedule to staff, and rotation within the branch for response coverage to customer needs.
• Engages in informal and formal performance evaluations. Effectively coach and encourage branch staff to obtain career aspirations with the Larson Company.
• Communicates and collaborates with staff and sales management regarding market conditions of local competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences.
• Effectively work with Company executive management and leaders in achieving sales goals and objectives.
• Responsible for all communications affiliated to the branch. Maintain accurate and thorough records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

• Able to analyze and interpret professional journals, legal reports, state and federal regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree and 4-10 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
