This position will require two weeks of training in Memphis, TN

Responsibilities:

· Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, training, and development of team members.

· Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service to ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience.

· Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

· Monitor and manage the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.

· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee growth.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a General Manager with at least 5 years in the restaurant industry, preferably in a casual service setting.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

· Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests, team members, and stakeholders.

· A passion for the food industry, with a keen understanding of current market trends and customer preferences.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
