SUMMARY
The Assistant General Manager’s (AGM) primary responsibilities include assisting the General Manager in successfully supporting and managing all departments and functions for this hotel with 128 suites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Service
Assistant General Manager Operations
Direct daily activities at the Front Desk, Guest Services, Night Audit and Reservations
Supervise and/or support daily activities for the Sales and Marketing, Restaurant, Banquet Functions, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
