Overview:
Guidepoint is on a mission of making individuals, businesses, and the world smarter through personalized knowledge-sharing solutions. To support this effort, We‘re looking to bring onboard a senior designer to join our team in New York, NY. Each product designer at Guidepoint works in a pod with a product manager, up to 6 engineers, and a QA.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the full product life cycle, from product discovery and hypothesis validation to design, and measurement of features that are being used by our customers. They will own and drive exceptional end-to-end user experience, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting the experience vision and designs across key initiatives.

What We Offer:
The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
