The Operations Support Specialist is a valuable team member that assists the Services leadership team in the presale’s efforts. This individual will create the framework of service project focusing on the development of the proposed project’s scoped level of effort and the syncing of the project’s Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to the Salesforce opportunity. This individual will also support the Services and Project Management leadership teams in the pre-delivery role by the creation and updating of newly closed/won service projects in the JIRA Project Management workflow system.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain the project scoping questionnaires from the Services Leadership
• Modify the questionnaires and ensure the accuracy of the Client detailed responses
• Establish consistency and standardization of SOW scoping across various service offerings
• Work with individual Practice Directors and Managing Service Engineers (MSE) to establish the standard WBS project templates for the various service offerings
• Responsible for managing the Proposal Support Request (PSR) submission for service projects
• Setup and validate projects and data in JIRA workflow system
• Develop and assist with the build-out of Services processes, procedures, templates, reports, and special projects in support of the Proposal Support Group (PSG) and Project Management Office (PMO)
• Ensure a strong customer experience by maintaining a high level of communication and professionalism to the team: sales, external customers, delivery personnel, PMO, PSG, and GuidePoint Security stakeholders

Required Experience:

• 1-3 years IT, security or business-related experience in project management or services delivery
• Security certification or project management a plus (CISSP, CAPM)
