guerilla / construction has an opening for a full-time construction project manager. Project managers are responsible for the complete oversight of various building projects, ranging from single family and commercial remodeling to ground-up construction of custom homes and boutique commercial construction. As the project lead, you will direct and coordinate the day-to-day management of projects, subcontractors, and vendors as well as assist architects and engineers with plans, estimates, organization, and oversight of every stage of the projects. In addition to carrying out supervision and inspections of subcontractors and staff, you will also serve as the primary liaison between the client, field and office.

In addition to providing oversight of each project, the project manager will also provide their technical and creative input throughout the planning, construction, and review process.
The ideal candidate will be passionate, self-motivated, organized, and ready to take on a variety of responsibilities and opportunities that come with working with a growing company. As the job entails evaluating and managing a variety of projects both residential and commercial, a broad range of construction knowledge and experience is required, as well as an ability to read and amend construction drawings.
