Guardian Probation is a private supervision service for those who have been sentenced by the court on a criminal charge and have specific requirements that must be completed. We help the offenders through the probation process.

Responsibilities:

Office Assistants supervise a caseload of low to medium risk offenders sentenced to Pretrial Services, Private Probation, Electronic (ankle) Monitoring, and Drug Testing. Supervises offenders and provide counseling referrals. Maintains regular contact with offenders. Responds to concerns of families. Will be responsible for installing, explaining, and uninstalling electronic ankle monitoring equipment. Answering phones, data entry, receiving payments, performing drug tests on clients, completing and sending reports to the courts and other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Due to the extensive training involved, we are looking for a long term employee. You must have a consistent work history that shows dedication with your previous employer(s).

The candidate is required to be professional, reliable, able to work in a extremely fast pace environment, able to multi task, is very detail oriented and respects confidentiality. Available various hours M-F between 9am-5pm. At this time, the position is part-time, with typically 25-30 hours a week but may become full time soon. Pay depends on experience and the pay range is $15-$18/hour.

The job requires good knowledge of Google Drive, scanning and sending information as needed. Typing speed of 40 wpm preferred.
