GSI Electronics Inc is Hiring a Production supervisor Near Paris, IL
What You Will Do
- Ensure focus on safety for all team members
- Manage & lead others
- Track attendance and record timesheets for payroll processing
- Make decisions related to the production of finished goods
- Remove systematic problems that prevent the efficient production of finished goods
- Deal with personnel working in product lines that they manage including scheduling, conflict, and complaints
- Assign resources to different processes as needs fluctuate
- Schedule overtime as needed
- Promote lean & 5S
What You Will Bring
- 3 years Manufacturing Supervisor experience
- High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Ability to use Time and Attendance tracking systems
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
A Plus If You Have
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Continuous Improvement Project Experience
- Strong Communication Skills Verbal & Written
