Associate Trainer Responsibilities:
- Manage Training Curricula and Learning Management System tasks.
- Coordinate Documentum training assignments.
- Maintain training records and issue reports.
- Support departmental projects and continuous improvement efforts.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and corporate policies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Associate degree and 2-3 years of administrative experience required.
Associate Trainer will work 8-4:30pm, Mon-Friday, with a 30 min. unpaid lunch
