Gruppo Lavazza is Hiring a Remote Accounts Receivable Analyst
- A key focus in the role is identifying discrepancies in deductions as well as the timely collections.
- Reviews the accuracy of the reconciliation of deductions against all trade accruals.
- Ensures timeliness and accuracy of executing various reports and SAP transactions in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Interacts with all areas of the business such as finance, marketing, and customer service to provide information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- 2 years' experience in Accounting
- Knowledge and understanding of order to cash, ERP systems and accounting
- Proficient: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, internal teams, and resolve inquiries or disputes
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and accounts
- Proven ability to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues with customers
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- SAP and High Radius Experience is a plus
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Able to multitask in a fast pace environment
