Sales Support Analyst

The Sales Support Analyst will be responsible for creating, maintaining and upgrading the multiple images used by the Sales Engineers to sell the Epicor Kinetic Product.

What you will be doing:

• Creates the Hyper-V image used to demo the Kinetic Product
• Creates the Cloud image used to demo the Kinetic Product
• Orchestrates third-party integrations staff to update the Kinetic image
• Handles basic image issues, like prolific user error
• Interfaces with international Sales Engineers for the distribution of Hyper-V and Cloud environments

What you will likely bring:

• Kinetic / Epicor ERP installation and configuration
• Additional 3rd party installation and configuration
• SQL Server install and configuration (especially upgrades)
• Batch or PowerShell scripting
• Documenting processes
• IIS configuration
• Windows Server system management (Kinetic)
• Hyper V or VMWare management (desktop and server)
• Azure administration
• Linux configuration
• Project Management

What could set you apart:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 4 years in experience in the IT field
