Our Restaurant Management team is growing here at Pink Shell Beach Resort! We are looking for a Beverage Manager to help create unforgettable food experiences for our guests while leading a team that runs on passion and dedication.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in beverage management within a high-volume, upscale resort or hotel.
• Proven track record of driving significant beverage sales growth.
• Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer, with a passion for staying up to date on industry trends.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate staff.
• Ability to stand for long periods and frequent bending, kneeling, lifting up to 30/40 pounds as needed.
• Valid Driver’s License

What would my job responsibilities be?

• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock
• Creates monthly beverage cost analysis and maintains cost sheet with updated pricing
• Keeps all beverage storage areas clean, organized and at the correct par levels and is responsible for finding root cause for any variances or missing product
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual beverage sales goals of $5 million across multiple food and beverage outlets
• Initiates and maintains vendor relationships while selecting and purchasing liquor and other supplies; works with vendors to create a promotional calendar
• Create and maintain a cohesive beverage program across all outlets, including signature cocktails, wine lists, and non-alcoholic offerings
• Working with other departments, such as the kitchen and events team, to coordinate beverage service for special events and promotions
• Managing the beverage budget and ensuring that financial targets are met
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of bartenders, servers, and support staff
• Ensures open communications between staff, management and F&B director, BOH & FOH, and other areas of the resort
• Solicits feedback from guests concerning food, beverages, service and improvement ideas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, vendors, and colleagues
• Controls payroll and equipment costs (minimizing loss and misuse)
• And other duties may be assigned by the Executive Director of Food & Beverage
