THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF: 

Experience:

  • Proven track record of leadership in product management roles, preferably within the financial technology industry, with extensive experience working in Agile environments.
  • A portfolio that speaks to your success in creating visually appealing and highly functional digital products, with a particular focus on fintech solutions that have significantly enhanced customer acquisition, engagement, and growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer business models and the unique challenges and opportunities they present within an Agile framework.
  • Strong background in product design, with a focus on incorporating Agile principles to rapidly iterate and deliver customer value.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand, contribute to, and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, balancing short-term goals with long-term objectives.

A DAY IN THE LIFE: 

  • Product Strategy: Evolve, shape, and communicate the long-term product direction and strategy, aligning with company goals and market trends.You’ll be the architect of our product roadmap, forecasting trends, and setting the direction that distinguishes us in the market. 
  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.Your leadership will ensure our products are not only innovative but also delivered on time and to our high standards of quality. 
  • User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach to product design, conducting research and gathering insights to inform product decisions. Through rigorous research and empathy, you will lead the charge in creating intuitive, engaging product designs that reflect the needs and desires of our users, making every interaction a delight.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and other teams to prioritize features, optimize workflows, and drive product success.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and user feedback to continuously iterate on products, driving improvements and optimizing performance.
  • Leadership: Inspire a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within, across, and around our product teams. As a mentor and guide, you’ll foster an environment where creativity thrives, and everyone is empowered to contribute to our shared vision. 

YOUR EXPERIENCE A FEW NICE TO HAVES:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years in tech product management and development, with leadership experience.
  • Success in launching and scaling consumer-facing products, emphasizing design and innovation.
  • High degree of financial literacy, comfortable with basic concepts related to building and managing a personal portfolio of investments in public and private market securities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
