Position Overview:

The Title Clerk is responsible for customer satisfaction after the sale by promptly processing title paperwork for customers. Report directly to the Office Manager and Controller any issues that arise within the department regarding title issues (new, used, and wholesale). This position supports our Title and Billing Department.

The pay range is based on experience and qualifications: $21.00 - $24.00 Per Hour.

Who You Are:

• You have 2 years of professional office experience (title clerk experience preferred but not required)
• You have a strong sense of urgency and can handle multiple competing priorities effectively and efficiently
• You are detail-oriented, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• You are a self-starter with proven time management and organizational skills
• You possess a positive attitude while working in a team environment, as well as independently when required
• You are motivated by learning new skills
• You can work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States
