Position Overview:
The Wholesale Title Clerk is responsible for completing wholesale titles. Filing them at the county as applicable or out of state DMV. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize.
Who You Are:

• You have 2 years of professional office experience.
• You have a strong sense of urgency and can handle multiple competing priorities effectively and efficiently .
• You are detail-oriented, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• You are a self-starter with proven time management and organizational skills.
• You possess a positive attitude while working in a team environment, as well as independently when required.
• You can work in a fast-paced environment.
• You will provide customer assistance to dealership managers regarding title or plate issues.
• You will follow up weekly on titles waiting to be received.
• You will prepare titles for wholesalers & auction by obtaining Dealer resales.
• You will complete wholesale transactions within the Dealer Track accounting system.
• You will follow-up on outstanding wholesale trade titles, including those with payoffs.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience working in automotive titles
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
• Authorized to work in the United States
