Groome Transportation is Hiring an Overnight Customer Service Agent Near Pell, AL
Job Description:
High school diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority.
Ability to communicate effectively
Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles
Be at least 18 years of age.
Reliable and committed to maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation and goal attainment
Computer skills and comfort navigating web-based and reservation software applications
Satisfactory completion of each of the following:
Background investigation
Drug test
Preferred qualifications include at least one year of providing customer service.
Job Requirements: *$13 - $15 per hour!* Customer Care Agents respond to passenger inquiries via phone or in person managing and scheduling reservations, all while providing an excellent customer experience. Responsible for directly monitoring, coordinating and overseeing the daily scheduled route operation of the vehicle. What You’ll Do
Identify and resolve customer inquiries
Assist customers with new reservations in person and over-the-phone
Assist customers with checking in and preparing for their trip
Support drivers and management team during operational issues (fleet issues, accidents, weather, etc.)
Perform other duties as needed
