Job Duties:

Customer Service:

  • Provide customer service by answering phones, emails and web inquiries
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries in ERP and schedule accordingly
  • Greet customers, candidates and visitors
  • Provide Spanish interpretation and translation services during new hire onboarding/orientation

Office Assistance:

  • Order uniforms, office supplies and safety supplies
  • Maintain an organized office space for team
  • Set the tone for the office environment and culture
  • Assist with projects to support divisional managers
  • Other duties as assigned
